What To Expect

As a potential new client of Royal Treatment Mobile Pet Spa, your first step is to submit one form for you and one form for each of your pets.

If we think you and your pet will be a good fit for Royal Treatment Mobile Pet Spa, we will contact you with information on available appointments and a pricing and timing estimate.

Once your appointment is booked, you'll receive a confirmation as well as a reminder via text message leading up to your appointment.

You'll receive a call and a text when we're on our way.

Your pet stylist will arrive and give you and your pet a tour of our state of the art climate controlled pet spa on wheels. It's nice and cool in the summer, and toasty warm in the winter.

We'll discuss options with you and determine a plan to achieve your desired style for your pet. Once we've agreed on a plan, your presence is welcome but not required. If anything changes, we'll call you out to the spa to discuss it before modifying our plan.

It is at this point that the true magic begins.

Your pet will receive a blueberry facial and a hydromassage bath with warm water and shampoo and conditioner chosen specifically for their coat type. Your pet will be hand blow dried. Happy hoodies are used to dampen noise, reduce anxiety, and give your pet a much more comfortable experience. Your pet will be thoroughly brushed and combed to maintain a healthy coat, prevent matting, and dramatically reduce shedding. Your pet's ears will be cleaned with a gentle, safe, and effective ear cleaning solution. Your pet's nails will be trimmed as short as safely possible and buffed for a smooth finish. We will give your pet a customized style based on what we discussed that works best for your pet's coat type and lifestyle. We'll put the finishing touches on with a breath freshener, a nose and paw pad moisturizer, a fragrant finishing spritz, and a bandana, necktie, or bows.

In about one to two hours we will return your pet to you happy, clean, and beautiful.

We will collect payment and schedule your future appointments. We highly recommend setting up (at a minimum) monthly recurring appointments to keep your pet looking, feeling, and smelling their best.

After your first appointment, latchkey services are available for ultimate convenience. With this optional free service, we will keep a key or code securely on file so you never have to worry about being home for your appointments.
